Record gas prices has forced private citizens to look for ways to cut back on the use of gas. Reports are showing that small businesses such as those that deliver products to homes like florist and pizza delivery, are seeing record losses and in a lot of cases. These companies are going out of business or reducing their coverage.

Auto makers like GM and Honda have started producing hydrogen fueled cars. This is a step in the right direction for the future but is not going to help most people right now. Consumers must have the money to purchase these new cars and there is of course the issue of where do you go to fill it up.
